Uganda women and their husbands, from what I say it is both in the villages that are consumed by the evils of alcohol. Most are lazy from what I see and there are a few that works here and there but it doesn't even seem right when the others are taking warigi (sp) or somethng else relaxing and enjoying the day. Limit the alcohol used for daily consumption or increase the price. And that just may mean that the rural areas will develop if the price of a beer is raised.
