Political Parties Funding Bill: Is it an attempt by NRM to win the 2011 elections? - Without delving down the path mostly favoured by politicians - YES this is very much an orchestrated bill without naming a few more that have passed so quickly before one can say "bobs your uncle".

Until there is an understanding of civil leadership of a nation in a civil way whereby regime changes do not mean loosing or gaining jobs/assets, nor where so-called government institutions are run like family empires - most ruling regimes will most definitely pee on the underdog (s).

BTW - IS THERE SOMEBODY WHO CAN SHED LIGHT ON THE DUAL CITIZIENSHIP DEBATE THAT HAS BEEN HIBERNATING ON THE PARLIAMENTARY SHELVES?

Pity is, we underdogs, while beeing peed on, keep ululating thus, 'Agiwadde omuliro!'

In March I went to immigration to ask about this Dual Citizenship, it is no longer on Parliamentary Shelves and has been past as a change to the Constitution.  The immigration clerk had told me to come back by in 6 months and by then they would have the paperwork ready to start the process.  So I have all my good luck charms out to hope that this is true but I will check again in August and give an update.
